  • 3 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 3/4 cups Barbecue Sauce, Honey

  1. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings and baking powder.
  2. In a smaller bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, paprika, and cayenne.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning over wings, tossing to cover.
  4. Set a rack on top of foil lined baking sheet, then place wings on rack.
  5. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes on the lower oven rack.
  6. Move wings to the upper oven rack, increase heat to 425 degrees, then bake another 20-30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and brush on barbecue sauce.
