- Place pork chops in a baking pan.
- Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet.
- Add sweet potatoes and red onion to skillet, cooking for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

- Combine orange juice, maple syrup, and sea salt in a bowl, then pour over pork chops and vegetables.
