Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Butter, Cubed
  • 1/3 cups Flour, Whole Wheat
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded #1
  • 1/4 cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 4 cups dice and cook Cauliflower
  • 2 cups grate Carrot
  • 1/4 cups dice Shallot
  • 2 cups dice Ham, Fully Cooked
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs, Whole Wheat
  • 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded #2

  2. Stir in flour until smooth, slowly whisking in milk.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring for 2 minutes until thick.

  5. Stir in cauliflower, carrots, shallots and ham.
  6. Divide between indicated number of 8x8 foil baking pans.
