These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Heat olive oil in pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and saute until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and continue to saute another minute.
  4. Add cream, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Place chicken breasts in greased baking pan and pour sauce over chicken.
  6. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  1. 25 minutes isn’t close to the proper cooking time for this meal. I would suggest at least 40 minutes and checking for doneness then. Then continue cooking in 10 min intervals until done.
