These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Heat olive oil in pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and saute until translucent.
- Add garlic and continue to saute another minute.
- Add cream, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken breasts in greased baking pan and pour sauce over chicken.
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

25 minutes isn’t close to the proper cooking time for this meal. I would suggest at least 40 minutes and checking for doneness then. Then continue cooking in 10 min intervals until done.
