  • 3 cups peel and dice Banana
  • 2 cups Peaches, Frozen

  1. Fyi- from experience w an allergic child I have learned that most soy yogurt has live cultures made from casin, milk. So if there is an allergy involved be very cautious. I have found only 1 soy yogurt that is truly dairy free. And one coconut.

  2. Thanks Brianne. Yes, it is always good to check labels and do your own investigating. As a parent you know what is best for your child.

    1. I use Whole Soy & Company. Though I do have to get it at the natural grocery near me as the traditional grocery store doesn’t carry it.

    1. Lanette, the yogurt is blended with the fruit. For the freezer version, we separate the yogurt and freeze it separately so that when making the smoothie on serving day, you can make individual portions.

  3. Yoplait makes a coconut milk yogurt that is to die for! It’s called Oui by Yoplait. It has a light TEAL label. Comes in 4-5 flavors…strawberry, raspberry, vanilla i know. I bet that would be good in this recipe!
