  • 4 cups Beef Bone Broth/Stock
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano, Dried
  • 16 ounces Elbows
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  1. In a large pan, add ground beef, onion and garlic over medium high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add tomatoes, tomato paste and beef broth. Stir in chipotle powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add macaroni noodles. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Noodles should be just barely al dente.
  6. Add cheese and stir well.
