Oven Cook
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Slice bread slices into thirds.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients except sliced bread.
- Dip bread pieces, one by one, in the batter until coated and then place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes turning over half-way through to ensure even cooking on both sides.
- Cut into bite sized pieces.
- Carefully slide french toast and fruit onto straw, alternating french toast and fruit.
