Oven Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Slice bread slices into thirds.
  2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except sliced bread.
  3. Dip bread pieces, one by one, in the batter until coated and then place on greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes turning over half-way through to ensure even cooking on both sides.
  5. Cut into bite sized pieces.
  6. Carefully slide french toast and fruit onto straw, alternating french toast and fruit.
  1. I love this idea! My kids love things on a stick (one of the only ways I have gotten them to eat certain foods and I never thought to try it for breakfast!
