Ingredients

  • 64 fluid ounces Orange Juice
  • 12 ounces Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Frozen
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 ⅛ cups peel and slice Banana
  • 8 ounces Raspberries, Frozen
  • 8 ounces Blueberries, Frozen
  • 1 ¾ cups drain Mandarin Oranges, Canned
  • 8 ounces Crushed Pineapple, Canned

  • 2 Gallon Freezer Bags
  • 16 Paper Cups, 7 Ounces

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together orange juice, pineapple concentrate (JUST concentrate), water, sugar, lemon juice and fruit.
  2. Spoon 3/4 cupful into each container.
  3. Place in freezer for 90 minutes.
  4. Serve cold.

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together orange juice, pineapple concentrate (JUST concentrate), water, sugar, lemon juice and fruit.
  2. Pour into cups.
  3. Flash freeze for 90 minutes.
  4. Once frozen solid, pop out of cups and divide among indicated freezer bags. Label and freeze.
