Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon well. Pour it out on a large plate. Set aside.
  2. Spray butter on one side of each of the tortillas, coating the entire surface. Flip the tortilla over, butter side down, on the cinnamon sugar mixture. Push it in until the entire surface is covered in cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Place the sugar covered tortilla on another plate, cinnamon-sugar side down. Measure 2 Tablespoons of yogurt and spread across the tortilla a little left of center.
  4. Place fruit on the yogurt strip. Wrap the tortillas tightly from left to right.

Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  5. Flash freeze.
  6. When completely frozen through, divide among the indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Label and freeze.
