  • 2 individual Egg
  • ½ cups melt Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups Rolled Oats, Gluten Free
  • 1 ½ cups Apple Pie Filling, Canned

Freezer Containers

  • 2 Gallon Freezer Bags

Supplies

  • Muffin Tins
  • 18.Muffin Liners

Directions

Mix all ingredients besides the oats and apple pie filling together. Mix well. Stir in the oats. Place 2 heaping Tablespoons in lined muffin tins, then top with 1 Tablespoon of apple pie filling. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.

Freezing Directions

Mix all ingredients besides the oats and apple pie filling together. Mix well. Stir in the oats. Place 2 heaping Tablespoons in lined muffin tins, then top with 1 Tablespoon of apple pie filling. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Flash freeze. Once frozen, divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Heat in microwave 1-2 minutes, or until warm.
