Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Combine hot water, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and mustard to make marinade.
- Combine chicken pieces with about 1/4 of the marinade.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours.
- Soak skewers in water.
- Alternate chicken, pineapple and vegetables. Brush with the remaining marinade.
- Grill the skewers for approximately 6 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade halfway through.

This recipe calls for canned pineapple and that is what I recommend just for simplicity’s sake on a big cooking day. However, if you have fresh pineapple or prefer fresh pineapple, by all means…..it would be wonderful too!
These look wonderful! A lot of companies are making GF sauces now, thank goodness.
