These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Combine hot water, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and mustard to make marinade.
- Combine chicken pieces with about 1/4 of the marinade.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours.
- Soak skewers in water.
- Alternate chicken, pineapple and vegetables. Brush with the remaining marinade.
- Grill the skewers for approximately 6 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade halfway through.

- Combine hot water, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and mustard to make marinade.
- Combine chicken pieces with about 1/4 of the marinade and divide among the indicated number of quart freezer bags.

- Divide the pineapple and vegetables among the indicated number of gallon freezer bags.
- Place one bag each of chicken and marinade in each bag of vegetables.
- Label and freeze.

These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.
- Thaw: In fridge
- Alternate chicken, vegetables and pineapple onto skewers.
- Brush skewers with marinade.
- Place on grill or under broiler for approximately 6 minutes. Turn, marinate again and cook another 6 minutes.
