Join the discussionQuestion: Are the sausages supposed to be pre-cooked? the recipe does not indicate and I buy raw sausage links from my local food co-op.
Good question Casey. The links should be pre-cooked. You can certainly use your local purchase and cook and chop them before you start the recipe. We will be adjusting the way this recipe reads so that it will be more clear in the future. Thanks!
Thanks, Kim! I did cook them (they were yummy)! A quick review of this recipe: I would have to say that not all gluten-free pancake mixes are created equal. The one I chose ended up being very dry, crumbly, and tasted horrible when I followed this recipe. So next time, I will either test my mix before I cook so many or I might even try following the recipe on the mix itself for consistency.
So glad I read the comments! I was unclear on if the sausage was supposed to be precooked as well.
