  • 1/2 cups Cherries, Frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour, Gluten Free All-Purpose

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon melt Butter, Dairy Free
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

  1. Spray a pie plate with cooking spray. Fan out the pear slices in a circle. Add a frozen cherry between each slice of pear and in the center.
  2. Mix flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk and baking powder for two minutes until well combined. Pour batter over fruit.
  3. Mix together melted butter substitute and syrup and drizzle over top of the batter.
  4. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately turn out onto a plate.
  6. Cool completely before slicing.
