  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Combine pumpkin, syrup, vinegar, pepper and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Mix with brown rice.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to rice mixture.
  5. Serve warm or keep in warm oven until ready to serve.

  1. Combine pumpkin, syrup, vinegar, pepper and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Divide among 1/3 of the indicated number of freezer bags.
  3. Place rice in another 1/3 of the indicated number of freezer bags.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to the final 1/3 of the indicated number of freezer bags.
  5. Keep bags together. Label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

  1. Warm rice through in microwave for 1 minute.
