  1. That looks so yummy, and my son would love it (he’s allergic to beef, so can’t have “normal” chili). Do you think the OJ is essential? It’s not something I normally have on hand, and I hate to buy things for just one recipe.

    1. I think the oj can be skipped, if needed, but I do like how it enhances the sweetness of the sweet potatoes. Replace with broth or water. If you keep it on hand, you could keep concentrated frozen in the freezer, scoop out what you need (remembering it is concentrated and add water) then keep the rest in the freezer for when you need it again. It works like a charm! Hope that helps!
