  2. Warm tortillas in the the microwave to make them more pliable.
  3. Spread chicken mixture onto tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Roll up tortillas, turning in ends as you roll.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

      Typically I use homemade tortillas, made by myself or purchased from a local bakery if I’m short on time. We are going to be doing a post next month on making your own, as we have finally found a recipe we like! I will recommend some widely known brands though that I have used previously with good success, so I can be more of a help to you!
