  2. Cook tilapia until golden and cooked through, then remove from pan.
  3. In same skillet as tilapia was cooked, sauté onions until they are translucent.
  4. Add garlic and cook while stirring for one minute.
  5. Add mushrooms.
  6. Cook, continuing to stir fry until mushrooms have released their juices and are cooked.
  7. Add spinach. Stir fry spinach until wilted. Turn off heat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice.
  9. Toss to mix flavors.
