- Line muffin tin with paper liners. Set aside.
- In the bowl of your mixer, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and beat for 3 minutes (scraping down bowl partway through mixing time) until batter is very smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter among muffin cups.
- Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes until done.
