  1. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  5. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Repeat for remaining egg roll wrappers, then spray the tops of the rolls with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 400 for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  1. I can’t wait to try these for dinner this week! If they’re a hit I will definitely be putting a batch or two in the freezer!

  2. I tried these and absolutely loved them!!!! Next we tried a different version with turkey bacon, chopped fresh jalapenos, and fat-free cream cheese…amazing! Like a stuffed jalapeno popper but in a wrap! Next up we’ll try some southwest grilled chicken and pepper jack cheese.

  3. These were delicious! I modified slightly, I used a European Ham (from the deli) and a high quality Swiss, and shallow fried them on the stovetop in avocado oil in a cast iron skillet. I served with a side of Dijon mustard for dipping and a dill pickle. They were a huge hit!
