Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups cook and dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 1 cup drain and rinse Black Beans, Canned
  • 1 cup drain Whole Kernel Corn, Canned
  • 1 cup dice Tomato
  • 16 ounces Refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • 2 tablespoons Cornmeal
  • 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

  1. Combine cooked chicken, black beans, corn and tomatoes and stir until mixed thoroughly.
  2. Roll dough out until it’s 12 inches in diameter and then coat one side with cornmeal.
  3. Transfer the dough to the preheated grill (to medium heat), close the lid and cook until the crust is lightly browned on the bottom (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Flip the crust using a large spatula.
  5. Quickly spread the bbq sauce on the dough, top with the chicken mixture, and sprinkle on the cheese.
  6. Close the lid again and grill until the bottom of the dough is brown and the cheese has melted (about 4-5 minutes).
