Ingredients

6 servings
  • 10 cups peel and dice Apple
  • ½ cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ cups Sugar

  • 6 Pint Freezer Bags

Directions

Place apples, water, cinnamon, and sugar in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours or until apples are tender and easily mash. Mash with a potato masher, or puree in blender or food processor until you reach the desired consistency.

Freezing Directions

Place apples, water, cinnamon, and sugar in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours or until apples are tender and easily mash. Mash with a potato masher, or puree in blender or food processor until you reach the desired consistency. Divide into indicated number of freezer bags, label, and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Serve at room temperature or heat through if desired.
