- In a medium skillet over medium heat, saute garlic, onion and chicken. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in milk and broth.
- Add sauteed garlic, onion and chicken.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
