- Rub pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Brown in a preheated non stick skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes on each side
- In a medium bowl, combine honey, dijon mustard, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
- Add sauce mixture to pork chops in skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, turning pork chops one time.
- Remove pork chops from pan, and allow sauce to boil until thickened and reduced slightly, about 10 minutes.
- Pour sauce over pork chops before serving.
