Join the discussionWhat does “2 pounds quarter Pork Roast” mean??? I’m confused about the “quarter” part.
This means 2 pounds of Roast, quartered into 4 pieces. Hope that helps!
Should amend the recipie to say ‘quartered’
When it says pork roast, is it looking for loin or shoulder?
We list a generic type of “roast” so that you can choose your preference or sale items.
