Join the discussionThe recipe calls for 2 lbs of pork. In both the ‘Freeze For Later’ and the ‘Make It Now’ cooking instructions for the Instant Pot calls for 60 minutes on high pressure for it be completely cooked. Why 60 minutes?
That is the time we have always used for this recipe and it has worked well for our test cooks.
