  3. Cut slits into the pork loin, taking care not to cut all the way through.
  4. Put one apple slice into each slit and drizzle honey over the pork loin.
  5. Place into Instant Pot and cover with remaining apples, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
  6. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  7. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
  8. Let pressure release naturally.
