  1. The flavor of this dish was good, but the recipe says “Stew” – this definitely is a SOUP. How can I thicken it at the end so it eats more like a stew?

    1. You can bring some of the liquid out from the soup and stir in some cornstarch to thicken it up. Then add that mixture back into the pot.

  2. I made this last night, and it was just missing “something.” ….I have some left over, and will try with some added spice….crushed peppers or cayenne….maybe taco seasoning instead just the cumin. We did add some hot sauce at the table.
