  • 1/4 teaspoons Ginger, Ground

  2. Place all ingredients in Instant Pot, except cornstarch, water #2 and broccoli.
  3. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.
  5. Quick release pressure.
  6. Remove chicken from Instant Pot and cut into pieces.
  7. Change setting to saute.
  8. Mix together cornstarch and water #2.
  9. Add cornstarch to sauce and saute for a few minutes to thicken.
  10. Serve chicken on top of cooked broccoli and top with sauce.
