    1. Lema, you are correct that most sausages are not low FODMAP. This recipe would assume you have one that is, (there are a few brands/varieties out there, but you have to find what is available in your area.) We also have a recipe for homemade sausage on our site, but since it contains garlic, you would need to omit that.   1. I made a critical error and did not check when I was creating my menu that this required a slow cooker. Which I do not have. And it is 7 and this needs to be on the table in an hour. So here goes nothing putting it in the instant pot LOL
