- Combine flour and salt in a shallow dish. Coat chicken in flour mixture.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken and garlic in pan and brown about 5 minutes. Remove chicken.
- Add chicken broth to skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Add broccoli. Cover. Cook 2 minutes.
- Add red pepper. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Add chicken and remaining ingredients.
