- In a bowl, combine egg substitute and pepper.
- Spray skillet with non stick spray and heat to medium high.
- Dredge sandwiches through egg mixture, on each side. Place in skillet and cook until golden brown, flipping half way in between.

Lynne – they do stay pretty close to the original. If you are concerned, you can always reheat in a non stick skillet or in the oven.
