  1. Top one slice of bread with mustard, turkey, ham, Swiss cheese and remaining slice of bread. Cut sandwich in half diagonally. Repeat until all sandwiches are put together.
  2. In a bowl, combine egg substitute and pepper.
  3. Spray skillet with non stick spray and heat to medium high.
  4. Dredge sandwiches through egg mixture, on each side. Place in skillet and cook until golden brown, flipping half way in between.

  1. How does the consistency of these hold up? After freeze/thaw/microwave are they soggy or still pretty close to original?

    1. Lynne – they do stay pretty close to the original. If you are concerned, you can always reheat in a non stick skillet or in the oven.
