- Top one slice of bread with mustard, turkey, ham, Swiss cheese and remaining slice of bread. Cut sandwich in half diagonally. Repeat until all sandwiches are put together.
- In a bowl, combine egg substitute and pepper.
- Spray skillet with non stick spray and heat to medium high.
- Dredge sandwiches through egg mixture, on each side. Place in skillet and cook until golden brown, flipping half way in between.
