  • ⅓ cups Water
  • ⅓ cups Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup peel and dice Banana

  1. Mix pancake mix, water and syrup together.
  2. Divide batter equally among greased mini muffin pan. Top with banana pieces.
  3. Bake at 350 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Flash freeze.
  5. Transfer to indicated number of gallon freezer storage bags. Label and freeze.

  1. I made these as large muffins because I don’t have a mini muffin pan and it seemed to work ok except they needed to cook a lot longer.
