  1. sounds yummy, and I have all the ingredients here, may have to make it for tomorrow morning…may cook the sausage tonight. 🙂

    1. Abigal – Have not personally made with non-dairy milk option before. I would think it would turn out just fine. Let us know if you try it and it works for you!

  2. Wish I would have found this recipe this morning before I tried by disaster with Grands biscuits that overflowed into the bottom of my oven. I will definitely be trying these though.

  3. These were AWESOME!!! My picky toddler ate 2 1/2 of these for breakfast today! Next time I think I’m gonna try to add some chopped broccoli. These were so YUMMY!!!

  4. have you tried this recipe with more eggs, and everything else the same? I’d like an eggier quiche…although I haven’t tried as it is yet 🙂

    1. Dimi – I would warm them in oven on a low heat setting just until they are heated through, probably about 10 minutes. Lisa

  5. I did not put in the pancake/baking mix…and they turned out delicious. I did add more eggs. They took 20 minutes to cook. I will be making these again. Thanks for this recipe. Convenient and a way to provide a hot, healthy breakfast without taking a lot of time.

  6. I made these this morning- they were gobbled up. Just made another batch this evening for us to have for breakfast tomorrow since I’m a working mom. I used turkey sausage and it was perfect. For tomorrow I added grilled mushrooms and bell peppers to mine while the guys wanted them just as they were this morning. Yum!

  7. If you’re still there, will you please clarify the number of eggs called for? The recipe simply says ” 3 individual egg”, and I don’t understand what that means. Thanks for your time.
