  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine
  • 1 individual Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Applesauce
  • 2/3 cups peel and mash Banana
  • 1 1/4 cups Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Rolled Oats, Quick Cooking

  1. In a large bowl, beat brown sugar, margarine, egg substitute, vanilla extract, and applesauce. Gently fold in bananas.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and quick cooking oats.
  3. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
