  1. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add parsnips and onions. Cook for 5 minutes until parsnips begin to brown.
  3. Add ground beef, apple cider vinegar, beef broth, cabbage, kale and bacon.
  4. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.

    1. Hi Marie! I think that’s a great substitution and do with many meals. I’m not a huge fan of kale but love spinach.
