Join the discussionMade this for dinner tonight, served with gemelli & meatballs in traditional spaghetti sauce. Only changes: added diced onions and minced garlic with pre-diced bacon to cook together, added a bit of salt and pepper with the sprouts. It is absolutely phenomenal! Definitely adding to regular veggie rotation! Thinking about trying adding some mushrooms next time, too…
Oh those sound like wonderful additions to the recipe! Glad you enjoyed it.
i’ve been hearing great things about bacon and brussels sprouts. have to try it!
This was absolutely delicious!
Thanks Annie – we are fond of our bacon here at OAMM!
I don’t know what I did wrong. I love each of these ingredients but this made me gag on the first bite. I want to do this paleo thing so bad but the recipes I’m trying are gross to me. So frustrated
Oh no! We’d encourage you to check out our recipe page for other paleo recipes to try. You can filter by paleo menu type (on the left-hand side) and even type in specific ingredients you like in the search bar. Hopefully you can find some paleo recipes you love!
