  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, Dried
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, Dried
  • 2 1/4 cups chunk Onion
  • 8 ounces Whole Mushrooms, Canned
  • 6 cups chunk Bell Pepper, Yellow

  1. Place steak, olive oil, garlic, oregano, and thyme in freezer bag and shake to coat meat.
  2. Let marinate 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Alternate steak cubes, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers as you place on skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat until meat is cooked as desired, 10-15 minutes.
