  2. Heat a large stockpot over medium-high heat.
  3. Add coconut oil and saute onions until translucent.

  5. Pour in tomato/coconut milk mixture, salt and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to simmer 10-15 minutes.
  7. Mix in fresh basil and cooked ground beef. Cook until heated through.
