Why would I want to freeze this?

  4. Add kale and cook until wilted.
  5. Set aside to cool slightly
  6. In a large bowl combine ground turkey, chives, dijon mustard, egg and coconut flour. Add sweet potato/kale mixture and gently fold until combined.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Form into equal equal sized patties.
  9. Heat skillet to medium and cook approximately 5 minutes per side.

  1. My patties completely fell apart. Did this happen to anyone else? Still delicious, but wondering what I did wrong here.

    1. Hi Dee, I’m so sorry your patties fell apart on you. We haven’t come across this issue with this recipe. The egg and coconut flour act as the binder, you may try adding a little more next time to see if that helps? I’ve passed along your feedback to our Menu Builder, thanks for sharing your feedback!
