  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons dice Garlic, Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Provolone Cheese, Shredded
  • ⅓ cups slice Bell Pepper, Red
  • ⅓ cups slice Bell Pepper, Green

Oven Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Divide dough into indicated number of pizzas. Roll each out into 12" circles.
  2. Bake dough at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, layer with potatoes, onions, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Top with cheese and peppers.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    1. I’ve updated the instructions but you will actually add the potatoes to the pizza uncooked, similar to pepperoni slices. Then they will cook in the oven when the pizza bakes.
