These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Divide dough into indicated number of pizzas. Roll each out into 12" circles.
- Bake dough at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, layer with potatoes, onions, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Top with cheese and peppers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
