<p>Crunchy, salty and sweet these Popcorn Balls make an excellent afternoon treat or late night snack.</p>

  • 8 cups cook Popcorn Kernals
  • 1/2 cups Raisins, Golden
  • 1/2 cups chop Peanuts
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Corn Syrup, Light
  • 1/4 cups Peanut Butter, Creamy
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

  1. In a large bowl, combine popcorn, raisins and peanuts. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, sugar and corn syrup over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and cinnamon.
  4. Immediately pour over popcorn mixture, stirring to evenly coat all popcorn with syrup mixture.
  5. Coat hands with non stick cooking spray and form popcorn into 1 cup sized balls.
  6. Place on waxed paper to cool.
  7. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap.
  8. Store in airtight container.
