Join the discussionooohhh…I can’t wait to try this one so I am doing it tomorrow, why wait for the Big Day for such an easy recipe?
I have just now found this recipe – it sounds delicious. But could you please clarify the following about this recipe:
1) what size can of pumpkin puree or what cup measurement/amount? (I usually have on hand the 29 oz can, which equals about 3-1/2 cups of pumpkin puree.)
2) does “one cup of yogurt” mean 8 oz. of yogurt?
3) what is a serving size and how many servings does this make?Thank you – I look forward to your response. Happy New Year!!
As listed in the recipe, 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1 cup of yogurt, and the recipe yields one serving. 1 cup is 8 ounces.
Hi Jimmie–just finished off an icy glass of this, made with a frozen banana and extra ice. Wow! It’s delicious enough without any added honey. Thanks!
Does the banana have to be frozen when you make it? Does it make ab difference?
Hi Cindy,
It doesn’t have to be frozen but it does add to the creaminess if it’s frozen, so that is why we recommend it. You can definitely do without it though!
