- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and marshmallows. Stir occasionally so the mixture doesn’t burn.
- When the marshmallows are melted, add the pumpkin pie spice and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and add crisp rice cereal one cup at a time, stirring so that all cereal is coated.
- Transfer immediately to a greased 9X13 baking pan, pressing down bars.
- Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
