Rice Krispies Raspberry White Chocolate Cream Cheese Trifle

  • 10 ounces Marshmallows, Regular
  • 6 cups Crisp Rice Cereal
  • 1 cup Raspberry Sauce #1
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 6 3/4 ounces White Chocolate Pudding Mix, Instant
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping
  • 1 1/4 cups Raspberry Sauce #2

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Add in marshmallows and allow to melt. Remove from heat.
  3. Add in cereal, stir until coated.
  4. While they are still warm, portion a heaping teaspoon of the treats onto a piece of wax paper.
  5. After you are done with this they should be cooled a bit and easily formed into small balls.
  6. Set aside until ready for assembly.
  7. Mix white chocolate pudding and milk, whipping for 2 minutes.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes until set up.
  9. Meanwhile cream softened cream cheese and sugar in mixer until well blended.
  10. Fold pudding and whipped topping into set pudding when finished.
  11. Place half of the cereal balls in a deep bowl to form a layer on the bottom of the trifle.
  12. Pour raspberry sauce #1 over that first layer.
  13. Pour half of the pudding mixture on top.
  14. Repeat all 3 layers using the remaining ingredients.
  15. Use raspberry sauce #2 to drizzle over the top.

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Add in marshmallows and allow to melt. Remove from heat.
  3. Add in cereal, stir until coated.

  5. After you are done with this they should be cooled a bit and easily formed into small balls.
  6. Place the cereal balls in a gallon bag with wax paper between the layers of balls.
  7. Place the raspberry sauce in a gallon freezer bag to freeze.
  8. Mix white chocolate pudding and milk, whipping for 2 minutes.
  9. Let sit for 5 minutes until set up.
  10. Meanwhile cream softened cream cheese and sugar in mixer until well blended.
  11. Fold pudding and whipped topping into set pudding when finished.
  12. And place the pudding mixture in a gallon freezer bag to freeze.
  13. Tape gallon bags together, label & freeze.

Make From Frozen Serving Day Directions

  1. Thaw: In fridge
  2. Place half of the cereal balls in a deep bowl to form a layer on the bottom of the trifle.
