  1. In a medium bowl, mix the sausage, syrup #1 and egg until combined.
  2. Gently stir in the pancake pieces until evenly combined.
  3. Form into tablespoon sized balls, and place on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 375F for 22-25 minutes.
