- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add sausage, potatoes, zucchini, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt and black pepper to skillet.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

- Cook for 4-5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Allow to cool.
