  • 1 teaspoon Canola Oil

  • 1 cup Hashed Brown Potatoes
  • 1/2 cups grate Zucchini
  • 1/2 cups dice Bell Pepper, Red

  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage, potatoes, zucchini, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt and black pepper to skillet.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Divide into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
