Join the discussionFlavor was good. Texture was gooey. Next time we will put the noodles in AFTER cooking. Rice noodle cooking instructions say to soften in boiled water, not to actually boil in the soup…
I was feeling adventurous trying this recipe. The name of the recipe sounds appetising. The smell if Nori and fish sauce however is not appetising, to me anyway! I unfortunately regret finishing putting my ingredients together in the bags. I would gift them to someone but I can’t see how any body will be able to stomach eating this meal, let alone smelling it.
